Appointment/ walk in was for 13:50 and still hasn’t been seen and it’s now 14:30 and still waiting… this place is a joke. Tried getting this appointment 4x and finally got an appointment yesterday for a walk in for 13:50 😤. And they’re “running a little behind”

I'm doing Phase 1, and I was told by the secretary here to show up at 8:00 for . I showed up at 7:45, waited two hours in line, and then was told to leave. This is not my only experience similar to this. The people that work here have no interest in doing their job well or fast at all, only trying to get through their day doing as little work as possible.
