Used to be a great storage facility until all purpose storage bought it .jacked up rates, messed up billings, refusal for copies of billing statements. Been with them for nearly 7 years, no nothing for a discount, unwilling to work with you, tell you one thing one day, two days later it's something else. Others peoples crap in your unit and your own stuff missing. It's a shame! Go somewhere else, trust me

I made the mistake of assisting someone with there deposit and first month storage unit rent. I told them they did not have permission to continue pulling payments from my card. For the next 4 months I paid over 75 bucks a m9nth to them and the unit wasn't even mine. Then they tell my bank I broke their terms and conditions. I wonder how I did that when my name was n9 where near any one of their units. Be careful. They will defraud you of your money.

If i could chose less than one star I would. Not only did they false advertise the price for half off first 3 months they charged full price. They said it reflects the price after the first three months. False don’t sign make the document state the advertisement. Worst experience with the phone person over and over again. The communication with them was horrible. I don’t recommend this place at all.
