Service Advisor declined to provide replacement of rear brake pads at 3 mm (fully covered under the pre-paid Premium Maintenance Plan) and charged me for spark plug changes which was also covered under pre-paid Premium Maintenance Plan. He was very condescending and non chalant attitude about providing a good customer service. Have escalated to Service Manager, Owner and corporate Lincoln Executives.

Complaint Against Doral Lincoln Doral Lincoln sold me a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln Corsair that turned out to have defects shortly after purchase. Date of Visit: September 13, 2025 My wife and I visited Lincoln of Franklin to look for a new vehicle and had a deeply unsettling experience. Our interaction was with salesperson *** *****. Faulty remote start put on brand new vehicle and I was told it was my fault that I didn't know how to work it. The unit was faulty, the company fixed it, but it quit working again! Don Wood refuses to acknowledge this issue, have been ignored repeatedly. Then the car malfunctions, again no one will return messages from Don Wood like they were in the past. I was very disappointed with the manager *** He was very rude when was having a discussion with him He left and then turned around and said when youre ready I going to be in my office This shows me top management is unaware of what goes on at the dealership and is focused on making money
Went to dealership on Wednesday with online price on a ram truck. Talked to salesman and then sales manager. Manager said he didnt like the online advertising, then proceeded to tell me I didnt qualify for certain rebates. Started deal with full retail price and explained what my starting price would be. Online price was $44318, his starting price was over $51000. Also said if I wanted to finance, I loose the rebates. What a bad way to do business.***** *****
