Biggest mistake i ever made was buying a car from them. At the time it was the only choice i had. i bought a 2013 Subaru $11,000 kept it for 6 months couldnt handle the payments of $420 a week so took it back in the same condition that i bought it in. Theyy took an sold it for $2,800 and want me to pay the difference if $8,000 tell me in 6 months time how did the value drop that much from getting me for $11,000 but the next person only had to pay 2,800 they are a rip off.
