Trash no explanation when paying loans hope this doesn't hurt my credit score not my fault I have no idea what they are asking or any information they provide is the bare minimum now I'm scared I just got a loan thinking of just returning the item I purchased due to how difficult it is to figure out how to make a payment

Typical credit union. Noone available after 5, noone available on weekends except a remote teller with limited capabilities. Life doesn't work that way. I'll be moving my accounts to a full service bank with more life style capabilities that meet my needs.
Glad I switched to bank with FCCU, best and easiest experience yet.
