I have been a patient at this clinic for several years and always felt valued. My latest experience was not good and very disappointing. It really matters WHO you see!
I love everyone I have seen here, but I want to give a shout out to Lily, the aesthetician. I have seen her regularly for a couple of years now and she has helped me improve my skin, but what I love the most is how caring and helpful she always is. She is so perfect for her job.

The office staff and dermatologist made zero effort to explain costs. I had a 10 minute skin cancer screening and the doctor casually offered 20 seconds of cryotherapy for 2 small lesions as if it was part of the skin exam. She even said "this probably won't work" while doing it. I was not provided enough information to give informed consent.
