I bought a used car from Nissan last December. The salesman was very pleasant. He told me the service department did an oil change, replaced the battery, and all the brakes and rotors. Fast forward two months, my car is shaking horribly when I break. I get it into my mechanic, who says I need new brakes and rotors (all four). I call the service department to find out if they actually replaced all the brakes and rotors when I bought it. My partner came in and bought a Frontier. He needed a 4x4 and needed to exchange it it for one. They worked very hard for him to make that exchange.
