During my first appointment they gave me an injection of lidocaine which I asked for, however they failed to mention they were also giving me epinephrine. This could have potentially caused an arrhythmia in interaction with my other medications which they assured me that they checked to make sure it was safe to give me. Epinephrine is known to potentially cause arrhythmia and since my other medications do too the risk of arrhythmia was compounded.
