This place employs scammers, they all work together, deny everything, and have a general manager that is too afraid to speak to an upset customer. They will add charges and then say oh sorry our mistake, but then not fix it. Do not go here, do not sign anything having to do with Body Armor even after they tell you there is no charge. I explained **** i did not have a key for my wheel locks. I was qouted 30 minutes and $100 to replace the lug nuts on my tires and get a new key. I ge there and $25 addtional for the labor, that was expected. The guy tell me its an hour and a half from the beginning. Do not buy a vehicle from Kia of Streetsboro. Slimy, disingenuous, dirty business practices. I was not informed of any mandatory add ons or warranties included in the price of the car, and was sent home to e-sign my documents with nobody to explain what it actually was or why it was mandatory. After just having my truck serviced 10 days prior it was towed back to them for the same thing then was told I needed another hose that was over $500 come to find out after I had my vehicle towed to another dealer they did not hook the previous hose up correctly and caused it to over heat again trying to charge me for something I did not need. Wish I had purchased my car from somewhere else I purchased a new *** and dropped it off for my 5K oil change.
