They get 1 star because the sales guy (Michael) was good and helpful. But after that it went downhill... all I can say is check your paperwork and then check it again. They worked a service contract for $2100 in to my deal without me even knowing it (monthly payment was same). Or needing it for that matter, as it's a freaking lease! (they have you sign on a tablet, so you need to request to see the full paperwork). Luckily those service contracts are cancelable.... so I proceeded to return to the dealership to cancel it. Stopped in looking at buying what would have been my third Kia, credit card in hand to put down a hold on a new Telluride. Until, manager Ryan H******* came back with a low ball on my trade in I Purchased from them. I pointed out I had been quoted 5k higher just a few months back and had been unhappy then.
