We could not have been more pleased with our bathroom remodel experience with Chris and Fort Collins Home Improvement. To begin with, Chris is a super nice guy, a true craftsman, and a person who is absolutely true to his word. Chris and his family have been absolutely amazing. Another contractor left me high and dry in the middle of my remodel and Chris made time in his busy schedule to squeeze me in and get walls up in my shower so that I could move forward with the project. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. Next time I have work that needs to be done, I will definitely be calling them back! This kind of integrity is not easy to find amongst contractors.
Chris is a great communicator and brought good insight to our recent master bathroom update. He was also very flexible with a few changes that came up during the project. It was apparent that he wanted to make sure we were happy with the finished results. He was responsive to even the finest of details. We are pleased with our new master bathroom.
Totally pleased with their service. We had them redo the drywall in a bedroom. They came when they said they would and completed the job as they quoted in 2 days. You can’t go wrong with doing business with Chris, we are very pleased.
