Someone referred me to this company for property management and was highly disappointed in the customer service. The person I spoke with was condescending and not timely whatsoever when it came to returning my calls or answering my questions. When he did return my messages, it took him *weeks* to let me know I needed to remove the last few items out of my property just for him to show the place to his team. I am not impressed with the professionalism of this property management company. My unit went vacant for mutliple months until I called to advised them to adjust the rent in return my unit rented right away. As I am paying for these services, I do not feel it is my responsibility to insure the unit gets rented. I have expressed my dissatisfaction to the property management company. I advised them of my request to terminate the contact at the expiration date. I have called repeatedly to ask about the termination fees. No one ... read more

I recently worked with AvenueWest to help my daughter secure housing for her clinicals at CSU, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Eddie Trujillo was incredibly responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. He made everything easy during a very stressful time. We were able to get a fully furnished, turnkey apartment that was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend AvenueWest for anyone needing short-term, high-quality housing!

Would not ever in a million years trust this company again with our property, they went behind our backs with our property covering up damages and lying about it to our face, agent was often gaslighting us, blaming us fot damaged property in an effort to get us tompay for damage she lied about. OUR house is ruined, and destroyed it was also remted below market price despite our requests to have it rented at a normal price.
