I have heard this place offers way better service and better prices than the Place on Ft Campbell in the PX . I will definitely be buying from here in the future way better customer service and especially experience.
I tecieved flowers for our 50th Anniversary from my son in HI. These were totally different from what I ordered. Really ugly arrangement. Colors did not match, no arrangement of flowers they were just stuck in a vase. Back side had no flowers!! When we called the manager would not remake them, refund us or offer a solution. I know my son paid alot for them. Very dissapointed
I ordered Valentine’s flowers from Fort Campbell Florist and worked directly with Brian. I paid the delivery fee and also added an additional tip with the expectation that the arrangement would be delivered on the scheduled date and handled with care. Instead, the flowers were delivered a day early and left outside at approximately 9:30 AM, where they remained until around 6:30 PM. That is extremely disappointing. I wasn’t home during delivery, but my husband sent me a birthday arrangement and it’s beautiful! So many flowers, all very healthy and vibrant. They were carefully packed and inside a lovely vase. Roses and sunflowers are my favorite, it’s so fun to look through and see all of the beautiful blooms. He sends flowers everywhere we go, and we’ve always had amazing experiences….so happy to add Fort Campbell to that list! Thank you for a perfect birthday delivery!
