Connor did an awesome job accommodating my needs, I needed the job done ASAP and he delivered. I asked for a full garage door replacement, all except the motor. The price is fair if you think on the warranty backing up their job. I had horrible experiences with those called “pros” cheaper than others, no invoice, no bill, and only cash because when it gets the time that something is wrong with their work, they disappear. Fort brother's provide fast service to replace my broken torsion spring and the sensor. But it come with a huge prices tag. The total price is $696.12 for a 50 min job. the labor cost alone is $450. The lesson for me is to take the time to compare price quotes and not feel guilty to send the technician away when the prices is not right.

Awesome experience! Connor was amazing. Showed up on time and completed the work promptly. Explained everything that was needed to fix my garage door. Also, installed my new opener flawlessly. Very fair pricing. 10 out of 10! 5 stars. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was very happy with all of the people I made contact with. The price was fair. Trent was my tech who came out twice. He was very professional and personable. They contacted mainly through text, which was convenient. I don't ever fill out surveys, but I was impressed with this company and would recommend them to anybody.

The Spring on my garage door broke. I called Fort Brothers and a Service Technician named Trent came out and checked it. He was very good in explaining everything to me as to what happened with the spring. I given the options to choose from to replace the spring and the difference on each choice was well as the cost. I am truly grateful and satisfied with the repairs. I will highly recommend Fort Brothers to anyone who may need to have their garage door repaired or replaced.
