I've been in line 30 min. The ladies at the desk had a 15 conversation. Both went to back, new guy is up. Guy has million questions why not refer to a counselor? Line is backed to the SSC front desk. How can SFLTAP improve?
Horrible experience, everyone is rude.
They have a reception desk for the reception desk where they hand out flyers with an email address and tell you to email what you need to schedule. I emailed and 15 days later had no response, so I went to the office and asked about it. The woman at the first desk made me show her the email, then had me write down by hand essentially what I said in the email. 3 days later, still no answer. I’ve been attempting to contact my SFL-TAP counselor for over 60 days. He refuses to respond to my emails and calls. I am 120 days from retirement and need to complete my CAPSTONE.
I’ve been attempting to contact my SFL-TAP counselor for over 60 days. He refuses to respond to my emails and calls. I am 120 days from retirement and need to complete my CAPSTONE.
Very rude customer service (for lack of a better word) will wait hours to be seen. I drove an hour just to be told I needed to reschedule. Had they answered the phone when I called I could have rescheduled over the telephone. Senior NonComs with 18+ years of service should not be treated like a brand new private. I would rather travel 2 hours to Ft. Lee.
zero help, they make you wait in line just to tell you to go somewhere else. the customer service is horrible and their attitudes are as if we owe them something for their support. last I checked that's their job, help transitioning servicemembers. I challenge someone in management to walk in and try to go through the process. it's more work and problems than helpful. I would rather just get out than deal with those people at the SFLTAP front desk.
