Reasons to find another property manager, real estate agent, or contract worker: 1. Rafael has no employees. When he is traveling or sick, no one is available to help. He keeps no keys, so a locksmith is needed if a tenant is locked out. 2. Rafael assured me that if the appraisal was lower than our over-ask offer, the seller would be obligated to accept the appraised value.
