Parts dept is a hit or miss. If it’s not stock, you might want to go elsewhere. Showed the guy what I needed today straight from the Drag Specialties book that they use to look up parts. Still had to go through the whole “what do I have” deal. I don’t think it matters when it’s nowhere near stock. Had it for over a decade, so I’m pretty sure I know what I need. Felt a bit condescending. It’s a boutique store after all I guess.🙄

Well, I have purchased three bikes since July 2018 HD Road King Special, Nov 2018 Street Glide Special, and recently Feb 2020 HD Road Glide Special. Yes, finally, this is the best fit for me.
