Great customer service! Kevin and his team lead Cheryl really listen and go the extra mile to close a deal. Ashley in finance is also awesome and always there to answer any questions.
Great and welcoming staff. Josh and his team were knowledgeable, and patient with me bouncing between bikes and chasing my little one. He even helped my buddy to get a bike as well!
Went there 4 years ago for a bike ride and couldn't get the salesman off my ass. Not interested in a new bike he could not remember he had spoken to me four times in 20 minutes. I have bought a couple of Parts there overtime but not really impressed with the service. Have a recall on the retaining Clips on my saddlebags so I figured I'd go to Fort Bragg Harley for the recall. Was informed I have to go in they have to look at the bike and order the parts. Long story short. The ENTIRE staff went out of their way to help me out after a very long ride from Amarillo, TX. Top notch service from both sales, service and financing. I absolutely would come back to this HD shop with any questions or concerns in the future, when I am back on the east coast. Markus Todd, Van Bush, Ashley Procopio and Jimmy are some really great folks to work and just plain old BS with.
You guys are total trash. Really disappointed in how you treat customers and you have such sh*t management.
