I’m surprised this company is still in business, especially after the reviews I’ve read and the excuses they make on here to justify their poor service. Speaking from my own experience, just today, the customer service is terrible and the person responsible for the appointments is rude. She was agitated and actually hung up on my wife when she tried to explain something to her about her upcoming appointment.
