The Staff at the Ft Benning VA Clinic are all professional in how they treat and provide care. I've never been disappointed there. Doctors, Nurses and Lab personnel have been courteous and patient with me. Never appear to rush me on my appointment just to get me out the door. Also I use the MyHealthEVet message system whenever I need to contact them. I works for me. I appreciate thes fine people that care for me.
FRIENDLY SERVICE
Gave Up on trying to get a appointment after calling on and off since july of 2020. You have to call to make a appointment instead of online. Thank god for Tricare. Called the new clinic in columbus ga got a appointment after 10 min on the phone. The lady was nice and helpful also. Don't waste your time or patience with this one.
Must Stop at Visitors Center to get visitors pass. They have a new system to scan State ID and VA Card. Then you don't have to stop at Visitors Center next time. Just drive to gate and get VA Card scanned. But I come to VA only every 6 months and Every time they have had a new check in system at front gate.
