They let me down on Valentine's Day! How are they going to try to deliver flowers to a school at 5:00 PM? I called three weeks in advance to order flowers and specifically stated that they need to be delivered during school hours. Currently trying to get my money back

I placed a order yesterday to have flowers delivered on Valentine's day. And they were not delivered and I've called and cannot get anyone on the phone. Will not use this company again. Hope they fix these issues. They did help me out and gave me a dozen roses to take home for my gf. It wasn't as special but they did do that and later on returned my money which I did not ask for or expect. I think they had issues on Valentine's day that they just could not overcome.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, were not received on time, when they were delivered they were strewn across my front porch. Flowers were NOT what was ordered. Paid $50 for a large arrangement and got literally 5 flowers. When we contacted them and asked them to bring us the right flowers we were told they would, only to be disappointed AGAIN the next day when they didn't show. Do not order from here if you expect to get what you pay for. I had to rate at least one star but if I could I wouldn't give it any.

Terrible, Valentines delivery never happened and they wont answer the phone. I'll be there today to get my $100 back, thats for sure.

They always have a baby boy and girl arrangement in stock, and balloons, their flowers include roses, lilies, hydrangeas, daisies, gerberas, alstromerias. They do funeral sprays, and their bread and butter is birthdays, anniversaries, and military guy gift baskets. Sometimes they have snapdragons, sunflowers, delphinium.
