I was hesitant about posting this review but last week week I was driving and my car suddenly stopped and smoke was coming from my engine. I had my car towed to Kia dealership. I spoke to the owner of the dealership and told him what happen and I felt like it was because of a recent recall on my kia that was suppose be fixed few months back in reference to the engine. Ms. Charlot's car was towed to our store with a seized engine. As the owner of Fort Bend Kia, I have never spoken directly to Ms. Charlot. Charlot's sister came directly to me complaining that no one has responded to her or her sister regarding the status of her sister's vehicle that was towed to our store. At that time, the tow truck driver had not arrived at the store. My husband and I visited this dealership today to get a second appraisal on our 2020 Telluride. We had previously visited with our local dealership and recieved an offer, however we wanted to make sure we were doing our due dilligence and get a second opionion. Do not trust this dealership.....they will sell the car out from under you. Managing a dealership like this is the reason used car dealerships have a bad reputation. We live in Austin and saw a car we have been searching for listed on there site. We told them we wanted the car and gave them a deposit to hold the car on Friday evening.
