On Sept 5, 2025 an ambulance was called for me. The two EMT's that came and help me were great, the two showed respect, kindness, understanding and gave excellent care. Ms. Jordan and Mr. Josh, thank you two so much, for the care with me when I was in that horrible excruciating pain. God forbid if every it comes, that I'm in need of another ambulance but if every I am, I'm now putting my order in, for you two!!! :) Thanks again you two, sent with love and warm wishes.
On October 16th , I had a very disappointing experience with EMS. While response time is always important, what stood out most was the lack of compassion and sensitivity shown by the crew. In an emergency, clear communication and empathy are just as critical as medical care, and unfortunately that was missing. Their approach made an already stressful situation even harder to handle. My son called this EMS from his work because I had fallen at his home while watching my grandson, and broke my arm and was in lots of pain. They were quick to get there and very compassionate, and professional. They even interacted with my grandson, complimenting him on what a great job he had done to take care of me before they got there. I was very disappointed with the response my family received this evening June 6, 2025. We called the ambulance because my husband was having short and long seizures off and on most of the day. He failed most of the orientation questions asked of him. He refused vital signs and to go to the ER. They left without hauling him. They had me sign his forms at the end of the interaction even though they were informed I did not have medical power of attorney. They felt he was alert and oriented X4.
