My step-daughter is disabled. Her right arm is damaged by a bicycle accident. she is partialy unable to use it. no one will hire her. She also has mental issues. she is not totaly alert. she cannot get on indigent care because she is unable to find an accident report from two years ago on the bicycle in another county.It bothers me that illegals can get care but she can not.
