They are honest people and are vey friendly when doing their service, seldom will you encounter service people that are righteous and efficient.
Russell is a true professional. Courteous, timely, and was able to resolve issues with our dishwasher and washer/dryer. Thanks and highly recommended.
Would not recommend them to anyone. Technician was inappropriate and let me know that my appliance concern was common with "these cheap microwaves" when asked what was a better brand was told there all the same. No respect for my business impulsive and unfortunately I will let my warranty company know how inappropriate my technician was.
They came out the next day and had my dryer fixed in 20 mins.
