The whole process from calling to get an appointment and actually being seen, is a joke. -Staff needs classes on Customer Service. -Doctors need to listen to the patient instead of handing out narcotics like candy. -If the doctor is late for an appointment, have the courtesy to let the patients know. -Maybe hire more doctors bc to get an appointment it's a 2 month waiting period.
I had a great experience with Washington DC VA Medical Center, and VA Medical Clinic at Ft. Belvoir.
I love the Ft. Belvoir VA Clinic! This clinic is a God's send.
