The one true fix for Fort Bayou Apartments is a bull dozer! Honestly these apartments are run down to the point of no return. The rent is a tad bit smaller than some (the reason I moved in) but Mississippi power will get 5 times the money you save in rent just to try and keep the apartment comfortable....and it will still always be hot, muggy, moldy and sometimes I could even smell sewage from inside my apartment.
