I lived there for awhile back in 2011 and let me tell you, if I could give a negative 5000 stars I would because this place is absolutely horrible!! Mold growing everywhere especially behind the wallpaper that they had on the walls (not sure if it's still like that now), nothing got fixed, things were always breaking, the people at the leasing office were rude and liked to cuss at people on the days that they decided to show up, plus you could never get a hold of them, the maintenance man thought he could just walk in any an... read more
I just moved to this community and it’s very nice so far. Tajae did a great job with making sure my move in went as planned.

They are a rip off. A year and a half after I left the apartment. I got a call that I still owe them one month of rent and then when I asked what happened they said that they misplaced a paper and said that I have to somehow provide the leaving note that they Never gave me and put it on me. please check your paperwork before leaving this apartment complex. I know they’re cheaper than the others in the area, but they are a scam. Please please make sure you have all your paperwork before you leave the apartment complex.
