They are a rip off. A year and a half after I left the apartment. I got a call that I still owe them one month of rent and then when I asked what happened they said that they misplaced a paper and said that I have to somehow provide the leaving note that they Never gave me and put it on me. please check your paperwork before leaving this apartment complex. I know they’re cheaper than the others in the area, but they are a scam. Please please make sure you have all your paperwork before you leave the apartment complex.
THE WORST place to live. My husband and I could never get in touch with anyone in the front office. No one was ever there working. Our kitchen sink was broken for 5months. The person next door had roaches that ended up coming into our apartment. They will lie saying you didn't pay rent when you actually did. This is honestly the worst place to live and I wouldnt recommend this place or Annhurst apartments to anyone!!! a neighbor across the street would argue with his girlfriend a lot, the police were always called.
