My daughter is still being emailed for rent when she hasn’t lived there since 7/20. Every time we walk into the office, they are sitting around, chatting and eating. She is owed last week rent back, was told 30 days, and now they are saying they do not have to conform to 45 day regulation for her refund. Lazy property manager. Do not recommend at all! I would give a zero rating if it were possible!
I would give ZERO Million stars if I could! I have two kids who moved in there and it's been a nightmare since day 1! The day they moved in the place was dirty. The light in the kitchen didnt work, the wall unit that houses the vent area in the front is disconnecting from the wall, The dryer hook up area was clogged and a mess, Toilet did not work properly, and maintence gets an attitude when called. Living here for the most part has been quiet and peaceful. No major issues and the little things have been fixed. But every month I am being charged a liability fee when I have shown I have insurance and they have taken care of it most months but to the inconvenience of me having to email and call multiple times and hope I get a response around rent due date.
