Beautiful Jewelry but horrendous customer service. Completely incompetent. The story of my bracelet would take 100 pages and it’s not worth it. They just can’t get it right. Rebecca is not helpful as much as she’d apparently like to be.

My husband and I have been working with Hailee at Forsythe Jewelers for 5 years. She is wonderful. Hailee is helpful, kind, and works to get the exact piece of jewelry you want. She knows my style and helps my husband choose the perfect gift for me when it is a special occasion during the year. I enjoy working with Hailee and look forward to getting new jewelry from Forsythe in the years to come.
