Highly recommend working with Linda. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsive throughout the process of creating a custom engagement ring. From CAD models to a wax model to the real ring, she was a pro. Great experience, and we’re thrilled with the result!
5 Star plus as all my previous visits. Dealing with owners in past were very helpful , friendly and honest to deal with . This visit I had Linda help me with a unique gift . I had a few very nice clear Herkimer diamonds I mined in past and wanted to have nice ring made up for gift. Linda and jeweler worked on what can work and ordered in ring size that diamond could be custom fit to and I reviewed and gave go ahead so it could be done for valentines . …it came out great and SHE LOVED IT !
