I wanted to be able to adjust the length of a (costume jewelry) chain link necklace That I had purchased, which was generally too long for the various necklines of sweaters and shirts that I wear. I Was aware of them, but had never shopped with Forsythe previously. They also were the third jeweler that I went to to try to solve my problem.
