Met Robert at a rental property that he was showing me, first off he didn't even introduce himself when we got there. Should have been the first red flag of the bad customer service I was about to receive. I applied for one of the rental properties that he manages the same day because I was clearly in a hurry to lease a property. I never received notification that my application had been received so I followed up the next day. I used Robert Rizzie as my real estate Agent as he is well know in the Oxnard/Ventura area. Robert was friendly and very professional. He kept regular contact with me, which meant I did not have to chase him around at all. Robert was excellent through the processing of the sale as well. Nothing was to much trouble, great advice on other third party services, which I used. All in all I would highly recommend using Forsyth and Rizzie Realtors!
