I rented under Forsyth & Rizzie for just about 2 years. Robert was always a straight shooter and helpful when needed. I highly recommend.

Met Robert at a rental property that he was showing me, first off he didn't even introduce himself when we got there. Should have been the first red flag of the bad customer service I was about to receive. I applied for one of the rental properties that he manages the same day because I was clearly in a hurry to lease a property. I never received notification that my application had been received so I followed up the next day. I let a few hours pass without a response so I called him, he couldn't give me an answer him mumble... read more
