Forstrom came in 2 days and we settled on a price and approximate date for tree removal. Six weeks after the date passed, after repeated prompting he promised to really come. Two weeks after the second promised date, the tree he was to have removed fell on my little barn,with some damage, so I found another tree person who would keep his word. About as unsatisfactory as a business dealing can be.
