Great experience at Forster Lodge - Avenue Living! The building is well-maintained, maintenance is quick, and the overall living experience is excellent. I also appreciate Avenue Living organizing small community events for residents. Thank you!
Great place to live in a very safe area. The maintenance team is professional and fixes issues quickly, and management always responds on time and solves problems. Private parking is a big plus. I definitely recommend these apartments to everyone.
Old building with Roaches all over even on third floor! and no hot water!! You have to wait 12 hours til midnight to get a bit of warm water
