Should have a designated spot for your clients with walking difficulties in the lot beside your building (perhaps the one staff spot adjacent to the sidewalk). Roads were slippery yesterday so had to park on road and get my elderly parent over a snowbank to reach your front door for appointment. Been living with scratched $600 glasses that were supposed to have been anti scratch, but scratched with normal Cleaning. Rinse with luke warm water to remove dirt and then use provided spray and cloths... They scratched with that exact process within the first week. I tried to get this remedied but they don't seem to care. It really sucks being able to see that scratch right in the middle of your vision clear as day.
