Worst fitting glasses I've ever worn, not even offered to adjust them there, supposedly "unadjustable" so I did it myself with boiling water and an iron. Still hate them. Called to get my prescription emailed to me so I could order online, went to voicemail, voicemail box full. Called again, told they'd email it. Nothing for 20 minutes, called again, said they'd email it again. Repeated 5 times, no email was ever sent.
The best eye exam Doug has ever received. Very thorough and understanding.
