From my experience, sheila is an absolutely worthless insurance agent. Every time I tried getting in touch initially about quotes and getting the policy set up, as well as about a claim, she was repeatedly unresponsive and the opposite of helpful. If you are shopping around for insurance, I would absolutely steer clear of Sheila.
I have had a great experience with this Company. My Agent, Heather Smith answers all my questions and is very understanding of any concerns I might have. She is very professional and will do whatever it takes to help me understand what everything means. I will recommend this Company and Agent to everyone I know that needs Insurance!
