It was great working with Nick! My husband and I were first time home buyers and there is a lot of stress that comes with that when you don’t know what to expect. Nick was really good at explaining the whole process and offering his insight throughout the home search. He is a genuine person and we enjoyed getting to know him as well. Nick was a fabulous realtor. As a first time homebuyer, he took a great deal of time educating me, and preparing me to make the best decision. He provided expertise on the value of homes and took a great deal of care to ensure I put in competitive offers, without getting caught up and offering more than the home was worth. It took me a long time to find the right home, and at no point in the process did I feel rushed or pressured by Nick. His priority was to help me find the right house, not just any house.
We had an incredible experience working with Katie and Nick during our home search. They were knowledgeable, thoughtful, and always responsive, making sure we felt heard every step of the way. They guided us seamlessly through each new step of the process. As first time home-buyers we felt like we had two of the best advocates in our corner! Plus! They're great people who made a daunting process (to us) so much more enjoyable. We can't recommend the Forschler Walsh Group enough—10/10!
