My partner and I had an incredible experience working with Katie and Nick to buy our first home! We started out feeling very overwhelmed and uneducated about the home buying process, but by the end felt comfortable and confident because of Katie and Nick's education, resources, communication and support! They are incredibly knowledgable about the big and small details of homes and each step of the process. It was such a pleasure to work with them- we cannot recommend them enough!
Nick helped us buy our first home this fall! We found our dream house within a few weeks of starting the search, in our budget. Nick helped us navigate some really tricky negotiation and inspection things that came up during closing. The whole experience left us feeling really confident and excited.
