My sons who live in NC surprised me by ordering flowers for my birthday. The bouquet was obviously old, so disappointing. The roses and carnations edges were turning brown and the leaves of the greens had mostly already fallen off so they just looked like sticks. The worst part is when I called the shop, instead of receiving a simple "I'm sorry you were disappointed" from the employee...he gave me sarcastic attitude! Called several times to try and order flowers for a wedding. Every time I call the person who is suppose to handle weddings (Sara so I am told) is always busy. Think it would not be so hard to find a flower shop that wants your business. Trying to have a 5-minute call with them takes 3 days and several no call backs. I would suggest stepping up your customer service, especially when dealing with such an important day for someone (a wedding).
