He Didn't Do What He Said He Would Forrest was hired to down a tree in my front yard. A 1 day job stretched into 5-6 trips for many reasons. Upon downing the tree and stump grinding I paid him in full with the understanding that he would come back to treat raw branches he cut on another tree and speak with my neighbor about ground repair his big truck caused. I haven't seen him since I paid him nor will he answer my phone calls.
