Selfish workers who blocked our driveway and so we couldn’t get out of our carport. They parked the car without any consideration that they were blocking the drive way.
Our hot water heater stopped working over the weekend. We contacted FJ Plumbing at 8am Monday morning and by 11am Tommy was on-site. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed that our thermostat needed replacing - immediately went and sourced it and by midday the repair was complete. We have used FJ Plumbing previously and found every one of their team to be polite, engaging and efficient. They are solution focused and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
Very reliable and efficient service, have used their services each time I have had a problem and also to install tap filters and bathroom hardware. Always professional, respectful and polite too.
As a resident in a Strata apartment where FJ Group were hired for remediation of the storm water drainage I can’t speak highly enough of the company. Over a 8 week period the disruption was minimal despite excavation and substantial relocation of pipes and tanks. Luke and Filipe, as construction managers, were always available promptly to answer queries and went out of their way to address any problems that arise Every one of the team showed the greatest courtesy and respect Thank you to a wonderful team
