Jumped right on fixing my tire during lunch hour.

Took my car in yesterday to have a clicking noise and vibration checked out. Was told nothing was wrong with it except for a tie rod end (doesn’t that mean something is wrong?). Drove to Roswell to a different mechanic and found out that not only did I need a tie rod end but my cv axle was broken. Thankfully I made it to Roswell and was able to get it fixed and make it back to Farmington.

Completely unhelpful. Had a blowout after only 2 months and less than 1k miles. Customer service rep said it was my fault and wouldn't do anything because we didn't purchase a road hazard warranty (which no one even suggested when buying the tires). I will never spend another dime here. BUYER BEWARE. Incident happened a couple of months ago but I just realized that I had reviewed the unofficial page.
