Well, I’m all about supporting local businesses. That said, I went to Forrest Tire with my truck and bought 4 new tires and had an alignment done. The alignment was not done correctly nor did they have the correct tools to reset the sensors in the tires. As a result, my front tires are jacked and I need two new ones. Discount Tire wouldn’t even rotate them because the front tires are so out of whack. Now I have to buy two new front tires in order to get another alignment so I can be safe on the road. Good fast and professional
Highly appreciate their service. I was having alignment work done and questioned the bill when I arrived to pickup my vehicle. The cost was 1/2 of what I was originally quoted so me being curious ,asked why. Was told by THE mechanic that the rear was in good alignment therefore not needing any service. Honestly/ knowledge and cost were the main factors. The service advisor even brought me to mechanic for the explanation on how far off the alignment was. Thank you For the superior service.
