Apartment wasn't cleaned before moving in. -grease and animal hair covering ceiling fan and in sink drain, clogging it. -kitchen cabinets falling apart/broken -mold under kitchen sink -bedroom and hallway smell of cat urine -parts of bathroom ceiling had fallen down (was in listing pictures but I assumed it would've been fixed by move in date) All in all as a landlord you should insure apartments are cleaned/reconstructed before allowing them to be rented out. If I could post photos I would.
