RecommendedDr. Forrest and his staff are phenomenal! I was referred by a good friend to check him out for my fixed retainer which had come loose after 23 years. The office staff was efficient and friendly. The assistants were personable, knowledgeable and everyone vibes well together. Dr. Forrest is AWESOME! Great service and friendly people
Kyle loves star wars - is a huge fan, likes it almost as much as coming to see Dr. Forrest! The team is wonderful! We are so lucky to have them here in Sewickley!

Amazing! So friendly and takes time with the kids. They also offer great hours. We don’t need to take off work or school. They’ve treated two of my kids for years. I can’t say enough good things. Stop by if you need a consult
Would not recommend. Professionalism and honesty are lacking from the doctor to the staff. Refused to provide itimized bill and dishonest when direct questions asked (and already knew the answer). Unable to trust such dishonesty. Very sad and conduct unbecoming of a “professional”.
After my evaluation we set an appointment to get the braces. I was told it would take about 45 mins and the time was set for 11:15am - I was back in my car @ 12:04pm. Professional, efficient and state of the art is how I would describe the office and staff. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. Can't believe there is a better orthodontic office in the country!
All 5 of our kids had orthodontics by Dr Thomas Forrest! He is the best
