The unethical and dishonesty of staff added to two hours of one family member trying to keep the patient in control and dry with no HCP in site caused us to literally a family member who had suffered a serious stroke and drive her to Wesley Medical center immeditely. There was no assistance whatsoever. The "friendliness" was not the issue. When told that another hospital was not accredited.
