I have really enjoyed working with this office. They answers texts and emails so quickly. Emily was able to help answer a recent claim question and help get me in contact with the corporate team. I appreciate how efficient she was.
Emily is great. She recently helped me set up auto insurance and I felt like she was so thorough and helpful in the process. Highly recommend this office if you are shopping for new insurance.
I do not like having to deal with any insurance company, but my agent Emily Betthauser is great. She replies very quickly and walks me through any questions I have, no matter how many or how simple. If you have to get insurance, she's a good person to go to.
Nikki was so helpful when my claim got sent to the wrong Autoglass shop. She was able to fix the situation on the spot so I didn't have to make a separate appointment and come back another time.
