We hired Lindsey to do our kitchen remodel along with mini remodel of our bathrooms and laundry room. He was on time, attentive to my concerns and ideas and communicated well. Being on time was important because I had family coming over for Christmas and wanted to show off my new remodel. He could be better about keeping the area clean but his excellent subs are what make working with Forrest Construction a 5 star endeavor.
They took a very challenging job (repair water damage in a difficult location). They did a fantastic job and helped us do some improvements (tile backsplash) while we were at it. Highly recommended.

When a client hires Linzey Forrest, I'm confident the project will be quality-built & accurate to the plan. When site challenges come up, as they often can in remodels, Linzey's dedication to getting the homeowner a great outcome shows. He's a perfectionist, he does not shy away from difficult items, and he pays attention to the details.
We couldn't be happier with the work Linzey, and his crew did for us. We had our whole house remodeled including our bathrooms and kitchen. We were very impressed with Linzey's workmanship and attention to detail. Our kitchen is stunning! We would highly recommend Forrest Construction.
