Went in today for an alignment we took off and heard a noice on the driver side pull over to check it out I had lug nut missing and my tired was loose at it can be never have i had this happen to us until today but than yet we got charge $150 for the job.
Ridiculously expensive. They didn’t notice multiple loose bolts when they did my front suspension inspection.
Caught a flat on my lunch break, stopped at the grease monkey next door to hotel, but they don't fix tires there. Customer sitting there who works for Forrest Brothers told me to head here for quickest fix around. He wasn't wrong. Walked right in, told them what was going on and they literally pulled my car right in to fix it. Would come here again when in the area.
Very professional and willing to provide great service. Shawn explained all options while I was in need of tires. I'll definitely go back. Enjoyed the great sense of humor of all staff. 😎
