I used to think highly when it was Forrer CDJR. Bought a 2018 Ram 1500 3.6 in 2019 from Forrer. Had an easy and wonderful sales experience. Shortly after purchase in 2019, the AC Fan shroud housing was invaded by a mouse and ultimately needed replaced. Forrer did this under warranty repairs no problem. And it was fixed forever. Fast forward to 2024 the 3.6 decides to blow a headgasket at 116K, cost over $8,000 to replace both left and right side headgaskets. I gave 5 stars two years ago. I deleted it due to many issues with this dealership since then. My husband and I reached out several times to buy a vehicle and many times we have been ignored or they tell us to come in and say they don’t have the vehicle anymore. We texted someone all day today, he didn’t respond to the last four messages inquiring about a truck. I took my wife’s Jeep in for a problem with the AC system. Long story short, my extended warranty company pushed to have the work done by the selling dealer (which was not Ciocca), but the service I received from the service team was outstanding. By far the best experience I’ve had yet with a dealer service department. Very honest, transparent, professional and respectful. I would not hesitate to go back!
