I took my wife’s Jeep in for a problem with the AC system. Long story short, my extended warranty company pushed to have the work done by the selling dealer (which was not Ciocca), but the service I received from the service team was outstanding. By far the best experience I’ve had yet with a dealer service department. Very honest, transparent, professional and respectful. I would not hesitate to go back!
My husband brought our truck here for a simple diagnostic test. They scheduled it for May 29th at 10am. Had to call after results a week later to find out that they just started it last week. Then then we got a call about they can't find the issue, they needed to do further testing, ok, no problem, go ahead. Not the same since it changed from forrer to ciocca. Unfortunately I will not be going back there ever again.
This shows exactly why I shop and service at Ciocca of Duncannon! We have always had the best customer service. Very pleasant surprise coming out of Sam’s Club today to find this. Kudos to the marketing team! Thanks for ducking Arlin!
