During the recent arctic blast we had our heater went down. We HAD a service agreement with another larger company (Crown). We had this agreement for 13 years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. They came out on Saturday and diagnosed the issue. But, they had no part and couldn't get it for almost a week. It took multiple calls just to get this information! We called Forquer and they had the heater repaired with the part in about 4 hours. We are changing our HVAC company!
My furnace wouldn't turn on, I called Forquer Heating and Air Conditioning. Got a call back from Joe. He came out not long after. Fixed my furnace and now its nice and warm in my house. Thank you so much!!!

I recently had one of your technicians out to service my furnace which needed a new draft inducer motor. I was quoted $637 for the repair. When I inquired the cost of the replacement motor I was told it was $205 plus an upcharge. When I asked the hourly labor rate was I was told $135 an hour. There are 4 screws and a clamp screw used to attach the motor to the furnace. It takes less than 10 min to replace. Thankfully Cliff recommended the service maintenance agreement when tuning me up in November.My furnace failed and was noticed about 10:45 pm.I called Forquer to leave a message for the following day service but was informed that the tech was still "on call" Within ten minutes Joe called me to discuss the problem. At 11:00 pm he insisted on driving to my home to perform a repair...an hour away!!
