I am not someone who write reviews or complain about anything. But the billing department at the forney location is very rude and unprofessional. I love the pediatrician, she is great but not the billing department and if l don’t go back again it is because of them. They can do better by treating patient and their family well.
By far the best Pediactric Clinic. My 5 boys, ages Range from 13 - 3 and always look forward to visiting with Dr.Miller. We've been going to this clinic for years, my husband and I wouldnt want them to be seen anywhere else. From checkin to check out there's always a welcoming feeling. Thank you LRHP Forney.
Doctors/nurse staff was great but the billing department was awful. Truly unprofessional and took no accountability for issues they caused. It resulted in back and forth phone calls all due to information they did not properly file. They called and sent me bills for appointments I had already paid for months ago. If it was not for my insurance providing me a helpful agent I would have dealt with this billing staff harassing me for no reason.
