Doctors/nurse staff was great but the billing department was awful. Truly unprofessional and took no accountability for issues they caused. It resulted in back and forth phone calls all due to information they did not properly file. They called and sent me bills for appointments I had already paid for months ago. If it was not for my insurance providing me a helpful agent I would have dealt with this billing staff harassing me for no reason. I have been taking my daughter here for almost 2yrs now. The service is exceptional
We love LRH! Specifically Dr.Tomaj. I have never had to wait long in the waiting area. The reception girls are always great. Whenever I need to make a sick appt for my child they are always able to fit us in very quickly. I never feel rushed during the exams, Dr Tomaj always listens & address any concerns I have. 10/10 recommend all the way around!
We've been with LRHP for years after leaving a different pediatrician's office. I LOVE LRHP! We usually go to the Rockwall office because of location, but I noticed something on my son at 2:45pm that I wanted to have looked at ASAP, & the Forney location was able to get us in at 4:30pm the same day, less than 2 hours from calling!
