In a perfect world, service could always be faster. But I've been very happy with the service overall, upon several visits.
Formula 1 was by far the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. About a month ago, my wife and I were victims of a drive-by shooting (luckily no one was hurt). My Mercedes ML350 was seemingly destroyed. The back window was shot out, tailgate had holes in it, bumpers, driver's-side door, etc. Formula 1 made my SUV look and feel brand new, as if nothing had happened. I love my Camry Wagon. I'm the second owner and after I'd had it for a few months it just stopped running one day. I had it towed to Pep Boys (closest shop) who called me several days later and said something like "Ehhhh, hey lady we don't know whats the problem, maybe the master technician be in sometime..." so I had it towed over to Formula One. They fixed it up pronto! They found the problem right away and went out of their way to explain it to me AND give me a great deal. I needed a new tire and some rear breaks and roto... read more
I been taking my cars to Zach and his team of professionals for a long time and I guess you can say - we're like family. When you find a great repair shop you tend to keep in touch. I am a bimmer person and Formula 1 keeps my cars in top shape . . . it's not a good look to see a bimmer on the side of the road. We live in a drive city and that being said, I need a repair shop that I can trust to keep it moving, and Formula 1 is that shop. I know this sounds personal . . . cause it is!
My Audi was making a noise on my way home from work, and the dealership told me I had to schedule an appointment to have it seen, and they wouldnt even be able to look at it for at least 2 days. I called Formula One and they told me to bring it in right then. They looked at my car while I waited and fixed the problem. They even stayed 20 min after closing time to finish it that day. Not many people out there care like that. Kudos to them!!!
